The Adults Classes are for ages 13 years and above. In this class, students are taught multiple styles of martial arts in a fun and social manner. Classes are structured to involved fitness, self defence, kickboxing, taekwondo, ground defence and boxing.
The adult classes are extremely popular because they offer something for people of all abilities who want to improve their lives. The adult program is designed to increase muscle tone, flexibility, strength, confidence, self defence, weight loss and the social aspect of the classes. Classes are generally quite laid back and fun, covering topics such as boxing, taekwondo, judo, jujitsu and more. The adults learn a full curriculum, which gives an insight into many styles of martial arts. Those that achieve their Black Belt have a real strong feeling of accomplishment.
Adults love the flexibility and are always learning something new! It is a great environment to training and is a great way to meet new people in the area.
The biggest miscommunication adults have with martial arts is that they believe you need to be fit before you start. NOPE! All you have to do is start!
We allow adults to train at their own level and pace, making sure you're not rushed or pushed into anything to quickly. We teach the best of all of the martial arts styles from around the world, and teach the most up to date and beneficial self-defence and fitness techniques. But most importantly, they are so much fun!!
